It’s that time of year again. The weather is warming trees blooming andthe bass are on the move. Time to get the boat out of storage and get it ready. Here are a few things you might want to do before you get on the water.

Check your batteries. Make sure your connections are cleaned and tightend down good. Make sure your tires are good and have the proper preasure. Check the wheel hubs and bearings are tight and greased.

For your tackle need to get the reels cleaned and restring with new line. Break out the tackle and reorganized.

You will also want to check all your safety items in the boat. Inspect the fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Look at your life jackets for broken buckles or torn spots, if you have an inflatable type change the CO2 canister.

Good fish’n and be ready and safe on the water.
