It is that time of year again, hot weather and fishing deep. If there is one thing you need to know is how to fizz a bass. The purpose of this is to release the air in the fishes bladder so it can swim upright and get back down to where you caught it safely. All you need is a 18 gauge hypodermic needle and the know how. Fizzing can be done through the mouth or the side of the fish. Here are a couple videos on how to do this.
